If an item is out of stock online, is it possible they carry it at the actual store?

Because I%26#039;m trying to get a pair of shoes and everywhere it says %26quot;out of stock%26quot; online but I have yet to check the stores.

If an item is out of stock online, is it possible they carry it at the actual store?
Occasionally there are not enough choices or sizes available to offer an item on line, so they will pull it on line and sell the remainders in store.

You can call your area stores and ask if they have and will hold the items aside for you.

Reply:yes
Reply:yes definitely check the stores. most of the time they are always sold out but will be in the stores.
Reply:yeah its possible
Reply:yeah, out of stock just means out of stock online! Good Luck finding them!
Reply:Yeah, of course!

Just call the store first to make sure.
Reply:yes.
Reply:Yes because usually the stock online and in store are very different
Reply:You should try calling the store and asking if they have it in stock!! It could be possible!
Reply:No it doesn%26#039;t mean the stores out too, I shop on walmart.com a lot, and when the site says that somethings out of stock online, I%26#039;ll go to the store %26amp; they%26#039;ll have it. It probably just means that their warehouse of whatever is out.
Reply:Sometimes it is possible that they will have it in stores. If you don%26#039;t want to drive around and be disappointed, you might want to call around first to see if the stores have them in stock.
