just got a pair of shoes and payed 50$ but when I got home and put them on they make a squeaking sound with every step I take..lol yes they are the right size and they fit to a tee..is there something i can do to stop the sound cause I really like these shoes and they are the last pair in stock..oh they are sling backs with a wedge heel.and toe out in the front..

They%26#039;ll stop squeaking when you%26#039;ve worn them for a while. Wear them around the house to break them in.
Also, hold them over a kettle that%26#039;s boiling so that the steam gets into the leather (if they%26#039;re leather) to soften them up.
You can also apply neatsfoot oil, dubbin or saddlesoap (all from horseriding supplies) to soften leather up too.
If they%26#039;re not made out of leather, then I don%26#039;t really know. You%26#039;ll just have to wear them and see what happens!
Reply:I haven%26#039;t gotten the squeak but I do have pair of sketcher sandals that make a farting sound, people look at you and I am like that was my shoe! they look at me like.. yeah right.
Reply:Thats happened to me!! I had to wear them to school one day too, and in math, I had to go up to the board and it was embarassing walking up there in dead silence with my shoes squeaking. My crush was in that class also, so it made me more nervous about it.
As for the how to stop the squeaking part, I can%26#039;t think of anything you can do about it.

Would you wear killer shoes for a party?
I%26#039;m having my holiday trip for this easter to bali, and Im going to go party with my friends.
which one you would bring?
The 1st one is made out of Acrylic, and its very fragile, but totally comfy. *This is the 2nd pair I got, coz I%26#039;ve broke one before, and the last one on stock.
The 2nd one is a velvet shoes, it kill, I just wear it twice, coz it hurts, but it wont break that easily.
I need oppinion...

Buy a comfortable pair of sandals to wear.
You will be walking and dancing and your shoes might get wet which will ruin the velvet and make the acrylic slick which will cause your feet to slide and break the straps.
Tevas would be perfect. Get a pair with arch support.
If you can%26#039;t afford that then you might consider going over with flip flops on the plane and picking up some cheap local sandals in Bali. Wear what the locals are wearing.

Return shoes from footlocker?
i was wondering if i return a shoe from footlocker and have another friend come by and buy the same one, will they still give it to her? because the shoe that i bought was the last size of that shoe and i wonder what they do to returned shoes. are they guna put it back on stock or ship it somewhere to get clean.

You would want to give it directly to your friend. Footlocker won%26#039;t take returns that are worn unless they are defective. It has to be in resellable condition. If they take back a defective shoe it will get sent back to the warehouse, not resold. They do not have the shoes cleaned. I hope that helps. - s
